It is titled Gibbs Raises Abby Up! Clips are from the Season 3 Episode 21 "Bloodbath". Abby is stalked by two men and Gibbs is always there for her, protecting her.

He promises that NOTHING will hurt her. (I think that he's secretly in love with her, but that's my opinion and I'm sticking to it!!!!)
